well, old st. nick was pretty good to me this year, I got a pretty decent digital camera, and they are getting pretty reasonable, I spent just under 70 dollars for mine, and it's a 3 megapix camera. Can't beat that with a stick. Patrick got a "real" bow and arrows for christmas, and will get to go shoot tomorrow if the weather is halfway decent. He's dying to try it out. DH got a black powder rifle, he'll have fun with that.
it's been a hard day around here, misunderstandings and fighting, and it's our anniversary. it always happens with the worst possible timing. anyway, it's over now, and hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
I did finally find all the spindles I thought were missing, along with my beret that was lost. I was really glad when i found it again, it's all handspun and handknit by me, for me. I was missing it.
i have started on my me-bius scarf, but am only working on it slowly. it's a very pretty pattern called falling leaves, and though it's not a reversible pattern it really doesn't matter that much. it's in laceweight baby alpaca, now that i have a new camera i can post a picture of it! so here goes, even though this one is a really bad photo.
