frustration

I love being in a busy library, but I hate people who sit right there and watch their kids tear up books. That is destruction of city property, disrespectful, and downright stupid. It is also frustrating. They would not let their kids tear up books they had paid for, why do they let them do it in the library? I just don't understand.
